What file types do you accept?

We accept JPG and PNG files. To ensure the best print quality, upload high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher).

Here are our recommended image sizes:

  • 8Ă—10 in2400 Ă— 3000 px
  • 12Ă—18 in3600 Ă— 5400 px
  • 18Ă—24 in5400 Ă— 7200 px
  • 24Ă—36 in7200 Ă— 10800 px

You’ll see tips while uploading to help guide you — and our system won’t allow unsupported file types.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days.

Once printed, delivery times are:

  • 3–4 business days
  • 5–10 business days

Every order includes tracking, which is emailed once your print ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each poster is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something is wrong with your order (e.g., damaged in shipping or printing issue), just contact us — we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. Stay tuned — we may expand soon!

What kind of paper do you use?

We print on museum-grade matte paper with a smooth finish and vibrant color depth. It’s thick, durable, and made to last.

What if I upload the wrong image by mistake?

If you notice it right away, reach out to us as soon as possible — we may be able to stop the order before it goes to print. Once it's been printed, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
